Your company's email has not responded, and I have already sent several emails. When it comes to authorizing the videos, the responses were always prompt. However, now that there are issues, there is no one to provide answers, and it feels very disappointing. I would like to revoke the authorization for all the videos.

If i could give zero i would! Its been nearly 12 months since theyve had my video, it took ages for it to go live and it did eventually. Have messaged their main account heard nothing now the account is no where to be seen on instagram. Have emailed there "info" account several times and shocker no reply. They take you video and profit off it and you get nothing back!! Big scam!! Terrible company do not fool for this company. I havent recieved a single penny and as for communication...there is none from them.

Communication was all good at the start but I’ve emailed several times to different viral snare addresses to ask for the contract to be cancelled as I’ve not received any money (not expecting buckets but believe it’ll do better elsewhere) and no one has had the decency to reply to my email. T&C’s say the contract can be cancelled providing both parties agree and since they aren’t making any money out of me(unless they’re screwing me over) I don’t see what the issue is. Im aware money isn’t guaranteed. Shame I’ve had such a negative experience but I believe there’s better companies out there. I’ve also found lots of instances of people copying and not crediting my video on YouTube so they aren’t great at monitoring, I have to report them all to VS myself.

This company are a sham. They have used my video without permission after processing my video. Despite showing them evidence of their companies failures they have continued to utilise a video without consent.

They reached out to me multiple times regarding videos that I had posted on social media. One day, I decided to answer. They had me fill out a lot of things in order for them to use my video and promised I would be paid. Fast forward until one of my videos was live on their Youtube channel which has thousands of views and yet they have not contacted me anything about paying me out. I have contacted them multiple times requesting they remove my video since I no long wish to be in business with them but have been ignored every since. DO NOT work with this company as they will trick you into signing over your videos and not pay you. I am still in the process of having them remove my video. **Response to their response below** This just goes to show you that this company continues to lie. I have contacted them countless times and all have been ignored. I am not asking for money, all I asked is for them to remove my video from their platform and all my emails/requests have been ignored.

Do your due diligence before you sign up! This is my experience with this company......Being approached on Instagram by a profile, of a different name, with 1.2mil viewers and promises to share on their page with a tag, only to be directed to an upload page where your content basically becomes Viralsnare's. No initial confirmation email on uploading or any communication, no money, no acknowledgment from this point 6mths on. No paperwork makes it easy to forget who you sent it to and with no way to review your agreement. I have no idea who has used my content or on what platform. Then it appears on Viralsnare youtube with no prior advice, as promised, and again no acknowledgment, as promised. This is when I realised I have no control over my content, regardless of still having the copyrights. Having no recollection of signing this over to this particular company I asked Youtube to remove my content. Upon doing this, I hear from Viralsnare for the first time ever with threats of legal action and escalation within 12 hrs if I do not retract my report. MY footage, that I filmed, and I was being threatened with legal action. And how quick they are to contact you when it comes to wanting something. They finally tagged me, and sent an intention to post, 4 months after posting and only when I called them out on it. I will highlight that I did not approach these guys, they approached me, I have little interest in the $, only the awareness of a campaign to help save wildlife. I am, as I told them, thankful for the lesson they taught me. I'm also thankful I did not hand over control of my most precious content, which they originally asked for (via Instagram). Read the fine print! And know that once you commit you can not retract! Needless to say, they never shared it on the Instagram account they had suggested in the beginning. They can add any title to your video they want. In my case, their title on my video goes against everything that I fight for in the interest of wildlife. I'm of the same opinion as the other 1 star reviewers. My review has been verified, so please take that into account. I would not trust the reviews that comment on great communication or service or money! Verified means Viralsnare has disputed the review and reviewers review has been proven true.

Context: We have had one viral video licensed with ViralSnare for over a year. Pros: None Cons: Working with ViralSnare has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The company gladly licensed our video for us. Then, we then didn't hear from them for almost a year. Our video racked up millions of views all over the internet, we didn't receive a penny. Finally, a year later, we received a royalty payment notice over email for around $80. This was only for the previous month, and did not account for the previous 10 months before that. I reached out to ViralSnare over email MANY times, never receiving any response. I reached out to them on all of their social media accounts, never receiving any response. Finally, after writing my initial negative review on TrustPilot, they emailed me back hoping to resolve my issue, specifically referencing my review and asking me what they have to do to get me to remove my review. They informed me that we should have received a little over $1,000 from the previous 10 months, but "the funds went unallocated", whatever that means. They assured us that they backlog of earnings would be paid to us on our next months earnings statement. It's now been another 3 months and we've yet to receive another penny from them. They are continuing to give me the cold shoulder over email, and they've basically stolen ALL of our earnings and refuse to pay us for what we're owed. What ViralSnare is doing to us is outright theft and they don't seem to care at all. Anyone who is looking to license a video, I beg you to please avoid ViralSnare at all costs. This company does not have one bit of respect for themselves, let alone their clients, whose money they keep for themselves. As always, I'm happy to update this review if anything is to change about my situation. However, I'm doubtful that will ever happen. ViralSnare, I know you're reading this. You should be ashamed. Please be better. Have some respect for yourself. Pitiful. **Update 5/1/2025** Someone from ViralSnare contact me requesting I update my Trustpilot review from negative to positive. Absolutely not! They still have not provided ANY documentation showing the total amount they've made vs what they've paid us and they continue to not respond to any of my emails. Absolutely awful experience with this company, would never recommend to anyone under any circumstances.

I sent this company my dog video. Seems like it went well in they website. Good for them !! But something fishy here! Looks loke they just taking advantage, and i never received any payment like they say in They company contracts . It this how you work?? Scamming people’s, you ain’t go nowhere! Shame on you!
