This service was a complete scam. I paid for one month of their follower growth service, and all they did was use my account to follow random people. Very few followed back, and then they would unfollow them again anyway. When I decided to stop the service, they didn’t even want to let me finish the month I had already paid for. They asked me if I wanted to continue until the end of the billing period without renewing, or stop immediately — which is absurd. If I pay €100 for a month, I obviously expect to receive the full month of service, not lose the remaining 14 days. The worst part is that as soon as the service stopped, my account instantly went back to the exact number of followers I had before. In one single day, the 100 “new followers” they supposedly helped me gain completely disappeared. Total waste of money and extremely misleading service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

That said, there are a few important points we feel need clarification for transparency. Firstly, our service does not provide fake followers, nor would it ever directly cause a sudden drop in followers. During the time your account was connected with us, the account moved from approximately 8,215 followers to 8,254 followers. In other words, the account itself showed only modest net movement while connected to our system. Because of this, we cannot realistically take responsibility for a sudden drop of over 100 followers that were not actually gained through our service in the first place. Instagram regularly removes fake or low-quality followers in batches. This commonly happens on accounts that have previously used low-quality growth services or purchased followers knowingly or unknowingly. Many of these services rely on artificial follower networks that eventually get detected and removed by Instagram over time. At Virallized, we use real engagement methods only. We engage with real users based on the client’s target audience in order to generate organic growth over time. This process requires optimization, target refinement, and sufficient runtime to properly scale. In this case, the campaign only ran for a little over two weeks before cancellation, which simply was not enough time to fully optimize performance. It’s also important to understand that if Instagram was simultaneously removing fake followers while the campaign was active, this would directly affect the account’s visible net growth, as real followers gained would be offset by Instagram purging artificial followers at the same time. We also want to clarify that clients are always given the option to either: - stop immediately, or - continue using the remaining paid billing period without renewing further This is intended to give flexibility, not remove access from clients. We have already reached out privately to offer a full refund as a gesture of goodwill and to try to resolve this professionally. We wish you nothing but the best moving forward.
