The product that you sent me didn’t look anything like what you advertised it to be. I feel like you tricked me with a bait and switch.

A month later and I still have not received my package or location

Ordered and paid for 2 jerseys, but only received one. Tried to contact customer service, but never received a response. Would definitely NOT use again.

Poor service—I've had to follow up several times because shipping costs were deducted even though my order was over $100. All I get from customer support are AI-generated messages; I can't get a real answer. And the tracking doesn't work at all.

Still no delivery. Been 3weeks and event has now passed.

I never received my package and it’s been a nightmare trying to get a hold of you guys to reconcile and fix the problem. Maybe you could re-order my stuff. This is ridiculous.

For one thing it’s been two weeks that I ordered it. Also, you can’t find the tracking. It won’t show up on the tracking so that part of your business sucks so I haven’t seen the product so you keep wanting me to read it. I can’t read it until I see it. It’s not here yet.

After waiting many weeks for 2 kids jerseys they sent me two adult jerseys
