Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience—it truly means a lot to us! It’s incredible to hear how far you’ve come in such a short time, especially coming in with doubts about your own capacity to sing. That mindset shift alone is something to be proud of—and we’re thrilled that Carla played such a meaningful role in making that happen. Carla is a phenomenal coach, and we’ll be sure to pass along your praise. She genuinely cares about helping students discover the voice they never thought they had, and your story is a perfect example of that. We’re so glad you took a chance on the Kickstarter program—and even more excited that you now have real tools and progress to show for it. Keep going—this is just the beginning! I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I want to personally apologize for the frustration and lack of response you've encountered. This is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We built our courses to help beginners make real, tangible progress with clear structure and support—so if it felt overwhelming or unclear, that’s something we want to fix. Not just for you, but for anyone who might feel the same way. More importantly, no one should ever feel ignored after reaching out. If you haven’t already received a reply, that’s on us—and we’re going to make it right. Please email me directly at [email protected] and I’ll personally look into your refund request and ensure it’s resolved ASAP. No hoops, no excuses. Thank you again for your honesty. Even though this experience didn’t go the way either of us hoped, I really value your feedback and hope we get the chance to rebuild your trust. Warmly, Adam Mishan Founder, AM Vocal Studios
