Um einen retouren Label zu kommen muss man sehr viele email schreiben um nicht mal einen zu bekommen

I purchased a camera from this online store. After receiving it, it turned out that the camera did not fit my vehicle and was essentially not working. The cause of the malfunction could not be determined — the device was unusable. The product was returned to the seller. However, the company refused to reimburse the cost of return shipping, which I had to pay myself. This is despite the fact that, according to their own policy, in cases where the product is defective or does not work for reasons beyond the customer’s control, the return shipping costs should not be charged to the buyer. I consider this attitude extremely unprofessional and unfair. The store is not willing to take responsibility for the products it sells and prefers to solve problems at the customer’s expense. I am disappointed with the service and do not recommend dealing with this seller if you want to avoid such situations. If you want, I can make the tone more aggressive, more neutral, or more formal/legal depending on where you plan to post it.

Ich habe Artikel am 24.11.2025 bestellt.Laut web site Lieferung erfolgt in 5 Werktage.Artikel kamm in Deutschland am 10.Dezember 2025 !!! Und jetzt fangt die Beste Teil an.DPD ubernimmt Paket am 11.Dezember.Paket kamm am 12.Dezember in DPD Zustellungbasis.Heute ist 18. Dezember und Paket bleibt bei DPD Zustellungbasis.DPD will Paket nicht verladen und liefern.Er steht schon 6 Tage in Zustellungbasis.Ich bin total Enttäuscht.Bitte finger weg.Total unprofessionell! Von Firma VipRH die verspätet 12 Tage mit Lieferung aus China nach Deutschland bis Partner Unternehmer DPD die liefert Pakete nicht.

Estou a 34 dias à espera de uma encomenda de uma bomba de gasolina para um motociclo há mais de uma semana que tento contactar com a empresa, me disseram no princípio que iam investigar que se tinha acontecido mas até a data nunca mais se manifestarem e nem respondem mais aos e-mails não fazem a devolução do dinheiro pago pela bomba nem fazes eu reenvio de nova peça, é uma empresa muito duvidosa não aconselhável
