I give zero stars if I could. Scammed out of VIP merchandise, all because of an email. Very disappointed. Checked my email for weeks prior to the event and received one from CO-OP live in Manchester and one from ticketmaster. Didn't realise VIP nation was handling this vip tickets otherwise I wouldn't of purchased them. The steward at the co-op live said just email and 9 times out of 10 you'll be sent your merchandise because places are good like that. Well its the latter with VIP nation, who by the looks of it, probably get to keep the merchandise thats not given out, thats why they don't want to help and ship it to people didn't know where to collect it from or were told to just send them an email. Emails to nothing about from state sorry not collection, we're basically keeping it. Ridiculous and a rip off

Horrible Experience
The staff at the Raymond and Brown Tour on July 25th, 2026, Nashville, Tennessee were not empathetic and displayed a nonchalant and dimissive attitude when we inquired as to why it was taking so long to check in. It took my husband and I almost 2 hours to check in and receive our merchandise.
There was a separate table with staff handing out pit and field bands but not merchandise. When I inquired as to if it were possible for them to give out merchandise to persons who had pit and field tickets to lessen the wait time, the staff member with the twists/locks in her hair aggressively answered NO WE CAN'T. She was the RUDEST of all staff members. This was the WORST VIP service I have received at a concert. I will MOST definitely not purchase VIP tickets in the future if VIP NATION will be organizing and executing the VIP check in process.

This was my first and last time doing a vip experience. I attended the usher and chris brown concert in Alabama. The logistics were horrible. I had a diamond bar seat. I was given the vip wristband but not the wristband to enter on the field. Security expected me to walk around entire stadium to get in. They eventually allowed me to walk from the top to bottom inside stadium. Once I got to bottom, I still got stopped to go on field. I eventually made it to my 1600.00 seat and found out at least 75% of people got vip under 400.00. Difference was i got a lanyard, Uber voucher and hat (i really did not need) for the 1200.00 difference. The location and stage rising up also was horrible. Im in the crowded vip bar area and had to get up and stand back to the couches to see the performance that general admission had a great view. Front stage view was far away. Im was so hot and aggravated by the experience. I'd rather spent the 1600.00 on a vacation. Never again.

Utter Heartbreak
Well...from what I see, nothing good to say about VIP Nation up in here. I will attempt to be fair.
PROS:
Opposed to what I've read on most of the reviews here,
•I DID get the rundown email.
•We did get earlier access to the grounds & merch table.
CONS: During the time it took for the Meet & Greet, the 2nd tier VIP all had huddled into the front & center section. We were informed by the VIP Nation Coordinator (Valeria) that Security had informed her that was not an issue because they would assist in making sure we (VIP tier 1) would be placed in front of them having best vantage point considering the difference in VIP package costs. After the Meet & Greet was done, which excluded any type of video recording, pictures & autographs, she was informed that such promise was a lie. We were told by VIP Nation that nothing could be done, that they were truly sorry. Basically, make the best effort to find a decent spot amongst 2nd & 3rd tier VIP ticket holders. As a compensation we received a whole drink token, yes, literally 1. We were 2 😶 Like I said, it wasn't ALL bad. Uncoordinated & non communication filled, definitely. My only grudge with this whole event is the fact that this was 1 of my surprise gifts for my guest, best friend, my wife of 25 years. More specifically, this was 1 of my surprise gifts to my wife of 25 years for our 25th Anniversary. I know life happens & no, nobody died but for the price paid for 2 VIPs Top Tier & to get short changed by the Events poor coordination & be "compensated" by 1 drink token was definitely a heartbreaker, I can't lie.
All of the above are facts & nothing more. With that said, YOU be the judge.

Rip-off professionals and scammers
These people don't deserve even a one star. I paid for two VIP Tickets for an event at the London O2 - Ne-Yo and Akon: Nights Like This Tour 2026. I bought these tickets through Ticketmaster but apparently VIP Nation were responsible for the package advertised.
I did not get the products or services paid for, and I have been chasing a partial refund since 9 May 2026 and both Ticketmaster and VIP Nation have totally failed to provide the products and services paid for as part of their VIP Package (which was not cheap). If you too have been scammed by these people I urge you to leave your reviews here and we make a collective claim against this company to deter them from ripping off anyone else. Their conduct is a direct breach of the terms of the sale and false advertising. My experience includes the following:
- The Meet and Greet was poorly organised, where we were made to queue for almost two hours despite arriving within the time slot scheduled and communicated to us 4.15-5.15pm.
- The package clearly states early entry into the venue, which we were denied because of the time we were told to wait in the queue that did not move for an hour and a half. So we did not benefit from early entry to the venue.
- The package clearly states an Exclusive Akon VIP gift item, we did not receive this - we received a pair of cheap socks and cheap incompletely sewn caps that are nothing more than trash and of poor quality.
- The exclusive Akon VIP gifts were missing from the bag that we were handed. Last month in the post I received two postcard size poor quality pictures of Akon supposedly signed by him, and I was told this was my Exclusive VIP Gift, really!!!!
- The package clearly stated an Autographed 8x10 photos yet these have not provided.
- The set up of the place where the so-called VIP experience took place looked like what I would compare to a make shift hospital cubicle, similar to what you see in war zones on television in the news. This was absolutely appalling and not reflective of the VIP Tickets I paid for.
- Also, our Meet & Greet was rushed, which was unfair on us, given we were made to stand in a queue waiting for 2 hours before we went in.
- We were promised photos as part of the Meet & Greet, however, I was left totally devasted when the staff member taking the photos did not take one single photo that was not blurry, which was not of us but of the floor and ceiling, and the ones that were of us were so blurry and of very poor quality, not one decent picture!! I would have been happy to take selfies myself but was not allowed. Photo's of the floor, ceiling and very blurry ones of us after almost 2 hours of queuing up is absolutely ridiculous!!!
- Due to the almost 2 hours spent waiting after registration we missed out on the early merchandise shopping opportunity, which was advertised as part of the package. In fact there was very little time left as by the time we got to our seats the show had already started. There was no time at all to go and check for any merchandise after the time taken to have that Meet & Greet.
- I did raise my complaints on the day, but no one seemed to take them seriously, and given I paid over £668.90 for these VIP Tickets, I was left out of pocket and not having had received the package, experience and products paid for, which is totally unacceptable!!!
- Also, I had paid for souvenir tickets, and I have not received these either. Like with everything above this is also in breach of the terms of the sale and false advertising.
- I have exchanged numerous emails with both Ticketmaster and VIP Nation and my complaints remain unresolved and no partial refund has been issued to date.
- I cannot recommend buying VIP Tickets to anyone because this is an absolute scam!!! See other reviews about similar experiences.

I paid for a VIP experience through…
I paid for a VIP experience through @VIPNation and found myself in a situation where I genuinely felt unsafe. When I raised the concern with the Director of Guest Experience, I was told there was nothing he could do and that guest safety was someone else's responsibility. Guest safety should never be treated as optional. Hoping @LiveNation and @VIPNation will take a closer look at how these concerns are handled.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Several hundred people served food in a tiny 10x50 space with only 12 chairs. Hours of standing. And for the sound check experience we had to stand in the isle near the sound board 150’ from the stage. Really crummy!

Read The Fine Print
We purchased the VIP Package for Riley Green at Red Rocks. When you think of a VIP room, you think of a nice, pleasant experience with all details worked out to make everyone who spent a lot of money happy.
We get to the room 15 minutes into the time allotted and it's packed with people (which is fine and understandable). The buffet table is set up with some good food and a bar area is ready to serve drinks. But where would one sit to enjoy a meal and drinks? ON THE FLOOR!
That's right, there were enough chairs and tables for about half the people in the room. So people had to resort to sitting on the floor!
Again, a lot of money was spent on the package which included food and one "free" drink. One would think there would have been enough planning to accommodate everyone who purchased.
When I sent an email to VIPNation, I was dismissed with "As this was a sold-out show, the lounge was at full capacity, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee seating for every guest. That said, all advertised elements of your VIP package were fulfilled."
