Yesterday night I bought a service, that didn’t work well at the end! I made contact with customer service, and I was very surprised to experience the high level of commitment of the person who attended my case. I take the time to write this because normally people complain a lot about costumer service ( which also help to improve) and very few take the time to praise the service that makes the difference! I am very grateful for the support, patience, and diligence that was provided to me, and more than anything, for the good impression I got despite the circumstances!
