Received my handbag and it was beautiful! Just like the last set of items in my previous order. Communication is always great and efficient! They make you feel confident when purchasing and when items are delivered they are packaged well. I love it! So excited to see my items from my 3rd order, which should be arriving soon! So yes, I'm a repeat customer!

Thank you for being so efficient, and so helpful in resolving the issue so quickly. I did receive the RIGHT bag that I ordered , it was my daughter who ordered the same bag that I had previously ordered and that was the confusion. Thank you
