The product is outstanding. Quality is excellent, and they take time to package the product so well that there is no damage. I had a delay in one item, and couldn't find my order #. Azura in the customer support was prompt, friendly and provided all my tracking info. She was very helpful.

I have been watching this site for a long time and decided to purchase a Dior bag on the day I received my long-awaited gift, I could not connect the strap to the bag, I thought that there was a defect in my purchase, I wrote a letter of support and Nina consultant contacted me. Nina technical support was polite, nice and active in my question, she helped me very quickly solve my problem, she sent me a video on how to properly connect the strap to the bag, I was satisfied. Thank you Nina, you solved my problem very quickly and professionally!
