I am amazed at the quality of the products! I have just purchased three more bags since my first order of two! The customer service was excellent. David (yes you get a personal assistant!) reached out to me right away stating that he would be of assistance during the process. He worked with me on getting the best possible deal. David had helped me throughout the post purchase process. He explained to me what each phase would entail and assured me that I will receive a high quality product. He provided me periodic updates of the order and provided pictures of my order. I received my parcel toady and was very happy with the purchase. I would order from them again.

Azura!!! the best Customer Service Rep around. She helped me for several weeks to get the exact item I wanted. When it turned out to not be available, she assisted me to find a replacement. She worked with me on color and straps. She was always friendly AND helpful.
