Can anyone confirm if VIPFASBAGS.com domain is the same as crozus.com? I sent an enquiry through the crozus website but the domain that replied to me via email was fasbags.shop and the website that they pointed me to place an order was vipfasbags.com. Want to make sure this is legitimate before making my first purchase.

This is not a spam company I received my bag as shown. However it does take 15-17 days to be ready to ship. The original bag I ordered was not available so had to pick another. David was very helpful in keeping me informed. Originally ordered 12/30/2024 & received 1/21/2025.

Their customer service was quick to respond. However, when they offer coupons, the code doesn’t work if they discounted price is less than what the coupon would deduct. With some other sites I shop, you can use coupons on top of already discounted items. Their site doesn’t say this isn’t allowed. It also doesn’t inform you why your coupon code doesn’t work. It just says this code can’t be used on your item. It should tell you this code can’t be used because your price is already lower than it would be using said code. Also, I assumed I was getting a knockoff bag with the price I paid. However, it doesn’t state that anywhere on the site. I thought the bag would still have a serial number and it doesn’t. Also, the chemical smell of my new bag is crazy bad!! The other reason for my 4-Star rating is the packaging. It was taped like crazy and I almost cut my new bag trying to open the package. I did slightly cut the dust bag that came with it. Thankfully I didn’t cut the actual bag itself though.
