Dodgy website, customer support lie to you, dodgy withdrawal system takes up to 24 hours and you can cancel your withdrawal within 10 hours really just trying to make you do so to lose it their support team are cheeky and smart towards you the xrp is shocking You can pump $200 40 cent bets the whole thing 200 and not hit one feature. I was playing blackjack and the dealer dropped the card gave my card to the person sitting beside me causing me to lose 500. I asked them to look into it and they did not even reply.

The site in itself is your average 'online casino' although without the basic functions like 99% of other ones have (vaults, instant withdraw, unlimited withdraw limit, etc) RTP is ridiculously obvious it drops off once a withdraw actually happens. I have done 1000's of spins on numerous games post-withdraw with 0 free games whatsoever. It wouldn't surprise me it turns into a 10-15% RTP I kid you not post-withdrawal. BUT the worst thing out of it all is the customer support. They will literally ARGUE to you if you ever decide to disable your account. ***PLAYERS BEWARE*** I have been playing on ViperSpin for a while. Not long ago I left the site as I was having issues with withdrawing, and lots of false promises from the staff/ support never being honoured. Several months ago, I received an email from part of the new ownership/ management from a guy named Mario. The emailed explained that they were not happy with how I was treated previously as a high limit player and if I returned the requests/withdrawal limits would be met and that customer service had improved and things have changed. I know my emails are being seen as I sent an another email of a secondary email account which was responded to in 3 minutes and once I said who i was they went silent and once again refused to respond seemingly on purpose. PLAYERS NEED TO KNOW THAT YOUR MONEY ISNT SAFE ON VIPERSPIN. They are quick to take your money, and advertise a sanctioned casino with a 24 hour withdrawal time, but once you request withdrawals, they refuse to respond for weeks at a time in hope players cancel the cashouts, and lose it once again through the casino. I would be careful using the features on this casino. They advertise a loyalty store where you can purchase bonuses. If you save your loyalty points and then start using them the casino removes the store from your account so you cant use them. I have contacted them about this for the past 2 weeks and they just ignore all my correspondance. After using this casino for years its pretty poor treatment.
