Great pre sales customer service
Great pre sales customer service. Quick to reply to emails and instant messages. Provided good advice on which product to buy. Only downside, and Ive done 3 orders with them now in spite of it, is no email after purchase to confirm the order, and no correspondence at all for a couple weeks after the order until I get an email from the shipping company saying it’s going to arrive soon. Every other company sends an email with details on the order and another email when it ships. Wish Vipera did too.

As per your concerns about the lack of communication during the shipping process, usually in your account you will receive a message of the tracking once it released by our freight forwarders. If you checked out as a guest, you will never see it. However, it has come to our attention that the backend messaging system is not pushing through these tracking notifications to many users that signed up after a certain date. I found Vipera when I was looking for a 4090 graphics card and none were available anywhere besides ebay at huge markups. I was a little hesitant to order as they suspiciously showed cards in stock at high quantities. After placing my order, the company was very responsive to my emails and calls about when my order would ship etc. Thanks to Vipera I managed to get a good deal on a 4090 much better than Ebay scalpers. My one grievance is that the quantities they show in stock don't seem to be accurate. They showed in stock on 10/18 but didn't actually end up getting stock for my order until 11/1. Overall, solid purchase experience. There isn't a lot of 3rd party info online about this company, but I hope this review helps convince people they are legit.

Thank you for your trust! We are sorry for the delays-- the 4090s we ordered came in much smaller portions than what we were expecting from the factories. This situation will not normalize until after November 15th, 2022.

Good customer experience
I purchased the miner from them and the shipment was real quick and they also answered all the related questions before buying. Covered all the shipment expenses including customs. There was some problem with the miner upon arrival due to which i had to send it back for repair and vipera assisted me on this pretty well and also covered expenses to ship it back to bitmain. Overall I had a good experience with them and was also satisfied with their after sale services.
