If we can give a zero review, we will. My wife has been chasing after this company for a clear and direct reason FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS why we are paying for another apartment's electric in our complex. They will not give you clear answers, they will forward you to agent to agent until you eventually give up. We just want this settled so that we can move onto a different electric company. We have paid another apartment's electric AND ours for the last two months and they will not do anything about it. DO NOT USE IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX.

The customer service team is more just like someone to talk to about your problems. They are not there to help or fix anything.
