**Cuidado: me cobraron una suscripción que no acepté conscientemente** Realicé una compra puntual de unos libros en formato PDF por aproximadamente **USD 4,99**. En ningún momento tuve la intención de contratar una suscripción mensual ni recuerdo haber aceptado de forma clara y consciente un pago recurrente. Sin embargo, apenas unos días después de realizar la compra, se me cargaron **USD 29,99**, que finalmente aparecen en mi cuenta como un cargo de **36,28 €**, correspondiente a una supuesta suscripción mensual. Me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente para solicitar el reembolso y expliqué claramente que yo había realizado una compra puntual de libros y que **no había aceptado conscientemente ninguna suscripción mensual**. A pesar de ello, mi solicitud de reembolso fue rechazada. Same story as everyone else. I purchased one 4.99 ebook bundle (not even worth that much, very low quality) and they have been charging me 29.99 for 6 months. I just noticed the charges yesterday. I am working on a charge back with my bank, but they said that they can't because of the type of charge. I called the company and they *say* that they will refund me for one month and cancel my subscription, but only time will tell. I have made a report to the FTC about the fraudulent/deceptive charges so hopefully that will help get them shut down, but it's unlikely I'll be seeing that money ever again.

I discovered a $29.99 recurring Fullboox subscription that I do not recall knowingly authorising. I received no subscription confirmation, monthly invoices or payment notifications. I only discovered the subscription after noticing FULLBOXT2 513 charges on my bank statement. I cancelled it immediately and requested a refund, but so far I have received no response.

This shady company is nefarious; the tactic is to get you to buy for a $ 4.99 ebook they advertsise on FB. They hide the fact that they are charging you for some type of subscription. You will not be notified when payments go out. No invoices are issued, and when I did buy the $4.99 ebook, which was to learn Spanish, the ebook link was broken so there was nothing to download. When I emailed them saying it was broken, nobody replied. I just ignored it, thinking I'd lost $4.99. I can't be bothered doing anything with that. Now I've just looked at my card, and I have been charged $ 30 for the last nine months. I'm in the process of filing a chargeback to get this money back. The shady thing about this is that, until April, the payment was the same every month same time. After April, it switched, and they changed the descriptor to fullBox2. I just checked, and the download link didn't work then, and it still doesn't work now. So anyone buying this in the last 9 months never received anything. Even if it did, who on earth would sign up for a Learn Spanish" 1-time downloadable PDF for $30 a month? It's absurd. When I tried to visit their orders page to ask about this, it had no SSL certificate, and my browser said not to visit it as it is not safe. The fact that some of these one-star reviews on this page are from people that FullBox has paid to do fake reviews- which they did, and they never got paid for- I think it says everything. Full scam.

I bought a book from a fullboox Facebook link for $4.99, only 3 days later to realize I was subscribed to their digital library for $29 without my consent. I need my money back ASAP.

A complete scam! Charging you monthly of 29.99 dollars, no receipts, no invoices and no answer why they can’t provide you that but they can clearly take your money 😆 and when reaching out several times you will get 10 different explanations on that “money are on the way back but seem to have stuck somewhere on the way. I did a full police report on this and advise everyone to do the same so they get punished for their scam. And fullboox, please don’t even reply to this with you bullshit.
