We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding the return process mentioned in your review. When you requested a full refund, we did provide return instructions and a U.S. return address in North Brunswick, New Jersey. We did not require you to return the items to Poland. We also offered partial-refund alternatives in an effort to avoid the additional time and expense of an international return, but we understand that you preferred a full refund. To make the resolution easier for you, we have now offered an alternative solution: we can immediately refund 70% of your order without requiring you to return the items. If you are satisfied with this resolution, we are also willing to refund the remaining 30%, meaning you can receive a full refund without having to arrange a return. We sincerely regret that the previous communication caused frustration. Our intention has always been to find a practical solution to your concern, and we hope this updated solution will allow us to resolve the matter more conveniently. We remain available to assist you and hope to bring this case to a satisfactory conclusion.
