Excellent 👌. My viofo 129 pro duo sound ( start up bleeps and footage sound) failed. Contacted viofo and without absolutely any hassle they sent me a replacement after returning my camera to a UK address. So for a small fee my replacement arrived just over one week later. The customer service person was brilliant (J). Quite rare these days to find customer services that really help. Excellent dash cam and company. Highly recommend.

My camera was restarting about every 8 - 10 seconds and i could not figure out what it was. I contacted VIOFO customer service with what was happening, and got an almost immediate response to my request, was not expecting that. I was given a short list of checks do explore, with again almost an immediate reply for any question I asked. Then on a whim I reread the instructions and found a section about reformating the SD card, which I have not done for about 2 years. Guess what worked. The rep was very understanding though probibly amused and explained general maintenence. Thank you folks.

I was having issues with my A129 Duo, the rear camera stopped working. I sent an email about this issue and within 24 hours I had a response. Josie was extremely helpful and patient though out this process providing firm wear updates and step by step instructions, after trying all the steps provided Josie determined that the front camera was defective. A replacement camera and rear cable was sent to me. VIOFO has the best customer service, Thank you Josie.

Contacted technical support to resolve the issue with GPS. The inquiry was handled promptly. After some troubleshooting I was provided with new GPS mount. It worked right away. Using A229 Ultra and quality is excellent with lots of useful features.

Excellent company who gave me a free car battery saver modified for a back up battery on request (I had to pay the postage) I have one of their very first dashcams which is still going strong in the back of our van along with a dual set up in my wife's car. All work well. A point often overlooked but very important in this age of WiFi dashcams is if the company steals your data. A surprising number do but Viofo are rare in not taking any data from you according to a recent (May 2026) review of such

They were super helpful in every way. The representative was quick with responses, actually tailored my needs to the situation, and even sent my SD card back that I mistakenly left in. Every customer service department at any company should look at this as a model of how it should be done. First time I felt like a company actually cared about me.
