We sold our gas car and bought an EV. I wanted to get a new dash cam for it and bought a Viofo A329S. My EV doesn't have a cigarette adapter, so I contacted Viofo and they shipped me a free USB-C cable I can use with the dash cam in my car. I looked into the new BP100 battery pack and bought it as well so I can run the dash cam when my EV is parked. After I purchased it, I read online that my EV will need two sets of fuse taps. I contacted Viofo again to ask what kind of fuse taps I needed to buy for my EV. They sent me a set of fuse taps for free. I was very impressed with the post-purchase customer service that Viofo provided after I purchased the A329S dash cam and BP100 battery pack. Highly recommended.

I had a problem and it was quickly resolved.

I sold my car and purchased another car and when transferring the camera to my home to clean the sticky adhesive to apply a new one so my new car could begin having a dashcam, I accidentally dropped the camera and broke it. Cassie at viofo support was quick to respond to my situation, offered a clean solution, shipped out a new camera, and was just overall pleasant to speak to. I am a VIOFO supporter! 10/10

Setup - Viofo A229 ultra in two vehicles. One with internal rear camera, the other with external. Great quality and easy to set up. I had trouble getting the external camera to work as I connected the wires wrong. Cassie on support was great in helping to get it working and even sorted a custom setup for what I needed. Can’t recommend them enough. Great product and amazing after sales support.

Contacted customer service to have my 4 year old dash cam repaired. Annie, the company representative, was very responsive. She gave me recommendations for a self remedy followed by directions to return the unit for a replacement. Received and installed the replacement, all is now well. Thank you, again, Annie.

I am reviewing the customer service online. The chat. I asked questions about cameras and battery packs over several days as I tried to figure out what I wanted and if it would work for me. I then had a ton of questions after my battery pack was seemingly not working. It got stuck in an update and it kept trying again and again (from the app). But after this, it did not power my cameras! So it took me all day, but the viofo customer service was able to help me through and patiently provided solutions. Once I got it to work, they helped me wire it correctly for parking mode and I was able to complete the setup.
