Vint & YorkReviews of vintandyork.com

Terrible customer service. I ordered frames with no lenses to try on first, and it took an entire week to deliver from NY to NJ. Finding their return information on their site is very challenging, and once you do, they have you take a photo and then wait for a response. This was their email to me: "We apologize, we handle customer service via phone and email, we are not the website designers. As listed online, please allow 24 business hours to approve the return to end a label, its just a policy as we have many customers asking for many things at once and we are a small business who pays attention to our customers equally."

Bought a pair a few months back. Paid $300 and the lenses just for lack of a better explanation look like if you put tint paper on your windows and they just peel off in small bits all over both lenses. Horrible customer service told me to send them back. They will test the lenses and see what could’ve caused the peeling off of the coating! Are you sure you didn’t scratch them?” they’ll only allow this once to redo lenses and if it happens again they won’t help me. Wtf it’s not my doing! they are horrible!!

My first purchase from Vint & York was just great. The eye glasses were very well made and packaged very well. Since I was ordering frames from London I know shipping takes time. I was so pleased with my first purchase that I ordered a second frame when the first order was delivered. I will be ordering from Vint & York again very soon.

The glasses are exceptional!!! The customer service; much to be desired... I've called several times--left emails and voicemails for someone to return a call for a simple question. Not a single response!!! Unfortunately I'm very disappointed. If I can't receive parallel service (Great merchandise; Great customer service) then purchasing is no longer an option!
