Be careful when investing with Vinovest
I decided to give Vinovest a shot and invest some money into wine based on my growing interest in the market. The app is flawed in a major way and it needs to be fixed. When you place a "buy order" for certain bottles they take your money and charge you a trading fee but sometimes that purchase will not end up in your portfolio. On two occasions I've had a sizeable sum of money taken from my account and it just disappears. There is nothing on the app showing I have a pending order. No email trail. It just disappears. Be careful using this service. Track all your trades. Better yet, don't use this service until they fix this issue.

Great Concept, needs further refinements.
I enjoy the concept, and very much like it. I would like to see some more features on the platform, perhaps something interactive. Also, your process to deposit funds is very poor, either need to automate, streamline or produce proper SOP's on how to deposit. Limiting your bank details to a single country limits your reach and willingness of people to invest. especially considering that, in my case, the wines are stored in Europe, yet need to invest in USD from Singapore....

Good concept .
Good concept .. not sure about profits yet. will have to see to make sure..

I have invested with Vinovest since…
I have invested with Vinovest since November 2021 and at first I was impressed with this new company. But over time, I noticed that there were several errors in the online platform (Most of them were fixed), but I am still seeing unfixed issues with Total Wine value numbers (Not accurate)- I reported this, but nothing was changed. Also, if you want to have wine shipped to your home address, be prepared to pay a lot for it in shipping costs. (We should be given a discount for investing with the company in the first place). So my overall experience with Vinovest is overall Average at best.
