Terrible
Do not deposit your money into this company. I deposited money and liquidated my account and they still have not returned the money to my account but it says on my company profile that the money was deposited. I have sent numerous emails and have tried calling a lot and no one has responded. I think I may have been robbed.

Poor service
Poor service! i've waited so long. no good customer service! i have sent you an email a lot.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I deposited money and no wine was purchased, however, they charged me a monthly fee. The annual returns are below average for an investment. I requested to liquidate my portfolio and 6 weeks has passed and NO ONE has assisted. No one answers the phone or returns emails.

I topped up my balance for $ 20,000 and…
I topped up my balance for $ 20,000 and got terrible tech support that can't answer my question for 2 weeks. I still have not received an answer to my question, because their chat on the site is not available

Profits are a farce on this platform
When I decided to liquidate my account that I had for nearly a year I had $1150 in profits. What I received was only 30% of the profits they said I had… $350. Joke of a platform.

Due to the nature of this asset class, if you choose to sell before our algorithm deems your wines ready to be sold, it is likely that they have not yet reached their peak drinking window. Since we must find buyers for your wines, the final sale price typically falls somewhere between our ask price and a buyer's offer price. Liquidate and see what you actually get
This is weak concept. They make up the market value and do not clearly label fees for liquidation and cashing out. You do not get to choose the wine they buy for you. If you were going to invest in wine, then buy your own wine that you expect to see a return on. Or at least use a site that lets your pick the wine you are investing. They don’t offer much. Waste of time and money.

Audit companies not provided
Poor customer service I got a response by email after almost 3 days, when on their website shows the average response is in 24 hours. I requested additional information regarding the audit process as no insurance company name is provided or the independent third-party auditor contracted one in their website how-is-vinovest-regulated-is-there-a-regulatory-audit-process The only response I got by Lorenzo (their Client Relations Manager) was to book a call with one of their Portfolio Advisors directly in order to get that information. I consider not providing it on their website it is not very transparent for a company.

This site is literally
This site is literally, useless, and the staff is not so good. They not even energetic while helping and they make you feel like they just want ur money. Literally...after placing an order, you will be loaded with extra fees, like service fees and bank fees.
