Transporting car across the country with Robert managing the trip
I dealt with a gentleman named Robert. He was very professional and helpful and he followed through with everything I needed. He made the transport of my vehicle very easy with little stress and worry. And when I called with questions he always either returned my call or text messaged me without delay. It did take longer than I expected getting my vehicle across the country but the driver was also very responsive and answered me in a reasonable amount of time. The delay from coast to coast was due to heavy traffic, weather as well as dropping off and picking up other vehicles along the way. This added about three extra days to the trip but the vehicle arrived without any problems and in perfect condition. Thank you to Robert for managing this and to Sergie for his careful driving and perfect delivery.

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that Robert provided you with professional support and kept the communication seamless throughout your coast-to-coast car transport. While long-distance shipping can sometimes face delays due to weather and traffic, we appreciate your understanding of the logistics involved. We are proud of Sergie for his careful driving and ensuring your vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for choosing Vinmove for your cross-country shipping needs!
