Hi, This review does not relate to VinItel’s current business. VinItel is a vehicle intelligence / VIN history report service. We do not sell phone accessories, masks, or any physical goods, and we do not operate an ecommerce shipping business. The review appears to describe an order from a previous business or previous domain owner, before VinItel operated this website. It is therefore not connected to our current company, our VIN reports, or our customers. For any real VinItel-related issue, customers can contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate immediately.
