Just paid for a carfax report
Report was good. Didn't receive it immediately and had to email a request. Finally got a response and the info I paid for. CS

Thanks for leaving a feedback but I am afraid that we couldn't find any user with name "cathy stephens" and there was no recent email request from anyone to resolve any report in our system. Our average report generation time is around 1 min. If report seems delayed we suggest users to look reports in their spam folders or access it directly from download section of their accounts. Our goal it to keep 100% customer satisfaction.
