Dumpster Still not Picked up
The beginning of the process was very smooth, and I had no issues receiving the dumpster. Unfortunately, the final pickup has been a different experience. Pickup was scheduled for a designated time, but no one showed up, and I did not receive a follow-up call or update. The dumpster is still at my property, and I am currently waiting to hear back from management regarding when it will be removed. I would have appreciated better communication and follow-through with the pickup process.

Thank you for the feedback. The pickup delay was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of communication afterward, and that’s on us. The container has been removed and our general manager has been in touch directly to make it right. We’ve since changed how follow-up requests get tracked internally.
