Henry has been very helpful. He took me through my onboarding and is always available whenever I have any technical issues. I joined Vincere Trading about 2 weeks ago. So far I see a very tansparent company who back their results with data. I'm yet to receive a payout but I'm very impressed with their customer and support. One more thing, they host live coaching calls twice per week where clients can join and receive support. Jon, the host does an awesome job and is very patient with us.

For a few months now, I have been utilizing their prop firm algorithms. Particularly with the onboarding call, setup went more smoothly than I had anticipated. I've noticed consistent progress without worrying about trades all day, but the results haven't been outstanding. For me, that is a victory in and of itself.

It has been about a month that I’m part of the Vincere Trading Community and so far, I’m having a quality customer service experience. Dany has been very responsive and helpful anytime I have an issue with my system. He is doing his very best to help even though my questions or issues sound redundant at times. I definitely recommend.

Jon, Brian, the whole team at Vincere is great. No high pressure sales, it was explained the benefits along with the risks. Ask questions, do not go into it unprepared. There is risk, do not be fooled. This team has your back and will walk ypu through it. The key is capital preservation, patience, and consistency. I just got my first payout and I am prepared for many more. Thank you Vincere!

Dany was great in helping me with some technical questions. I have had great experience with Vincere's support staff across the board. Getting my arms around all aspects of prop trading is a little difficult but Vincere does a terrific job of providing access to experts, helping with questions and general hand-holding. I have confidence that my decision to work with Vincere will continue to prove to be a good one.

I've been with this company for about 3ish months. I have received 4 payouts so far from their system. It has it's rough moments. But has been good overall. And with the markets being so violent lately what can you expect. Customer service is amazing. And definitely want to say thank you to Jon for being very very helpful throughout this journey.
