Vimergy.eu customer service is terrible. Instead of answering your question, they question your question? The products are very good. I'm hoping they will improve because I want to be positive about this company

My order has yet to be shipped. Ive called twice, told one of my items was backordered but they were removing it and it would be shipped. Nope! And the refund for the "removed" item was never given, nor was it taken off my order, probably why it hasnt shipped. Called again today, after 10 minutes on phone left my # for call back, and surprise - no call! Ive also emailed three times from Friday and twice today. These items are crazy expensive and the customer service is nonexistent. Very poor work ethic. i will be looking for alternates or better yet - saving my money.
