I placed an order on Aug 3, 2025. The delivery window was from Aug 13-20, 2025. The order has never changed status via my tracking number and therefore has never been delivered. I have reached out to customer service 3 times with no resolve. (They replied once stating they would follow up with the shipper and I never heard anything after that.) I have asked for a refund and have gotten no reply from that message either.

Ordered 12 days ago. It's been with courier since. Have asked for refund or reship. No answer.

This stuff is horrible I put it on my face and it made my face white it did not blend to any color it was straight up white what a waste of money I should have known it was too good to be true

I have medium skin tone. This is too white and pink on my skin. Maybe for pale skin. Very disappointed!

I hope this helps someone else. I ordered the VIMA Changing Foundation thinking it will help with no haven’t ti use heavy foundations. After trying it I reached out because of their money back guarantee. However, the money back guarantee is a lie. I explained that it doesn’t work. They stated that you need to mix your own foundation with it when applying in order to get your desired look. This is NOT what the website states! I send pictures of the instructions from their website and they basically ignored what I said and told me I need to send a video of me mixing their foundation with my own, applying it and they will decide if they think I get the achieved look. They are blatantly deceiving their customers. Please, please, please do not buy from them. I have a screen shot from an email sent to me, but unable to upload.

I was not satisfied with the actual texture this makeup left on my skin. I have written many emails to VIMA...they are so sweet in ignoring my request for a refund and return process. I have received several emails from them telling me how to use it, talk to them about application, and calling me sweet things and sending love to me...but not responding to my request for a return and refund.

I left a review the other day referencing my experience with VIMA Cosmetics. I have since contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a formal complaint. I urge anyone else who has had similar experiences to file a complaint as well. I have in writing from their customer service representative, Mila confirming that their policy is deceptive. This blatantly violates consumer protection laws.

SCAM! I ordered the foundation, and honestly did not like it. It left a white film on my skin, and I emailed them to find out how to return item, as advertised. Mila, the customer service rep, is doing her best to redirect me, including asking me to try it again, use less, use more, etc. I am getting the run around for sure. Don't do it!
