Buyer beware! Bought 8/23 with a 10 day delivery timeframe. Received 9/10 and initiated the return. I stated in the return it was purchased as a gift and did not receive on time to bypass some of the other complaints on here about returns needing videos of putting makeup on ex. Email from company had a pdf form stating must return in original packaging, include invoice and the form completed. No big deal, right? Get everything filled out and into an email to print and mail from ups. Guy rings me up and states “$256”! Surely he was mistaken? Nope, they want the product with a ‘tack and trace’ with the return address being in the UK. My purchase was $90.06 but to return it would cost nearly triple the cost. I had to dispute it with my bank as there are no viable return options.

I recently purchased the foundation makeup. It was supposed to be 30 Day money back guarantee apparently to receive your money back guarantee you have to do a video. Make up was very dark for me but they won’t refund with out a video. That was not stated. Will never ordered another product from them.

Agree with all other comments regarding delivery, it took about 6 weeks to arrive, emails from customer service saying it was on the way. The primer is okay similar to any gel like primer, however the colour changing foundation just made me orange, im pale skinned and it looked awful ! Ill continue to use my estee lauder foundation as its a million times better than this!!! Don't waste your money!

The foundation was sticky. It did not match my skin tone at all and it took over ONE MONTH to be shipped!! I would highly recommend NOT buying this product!! Not worth the money!!!

This product is horrible!! Leaves a white cakey look on my skin, not soft and it brings out wrinkles even worse then they are. This is a waste of money. I was supposed to have received a brush as well, didn't get that either. Garbage!!! Don't spend the money on the crap.

I tried Vima’s foundation after seeing their ads promising a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and full refunds. Sounded great, so I gave it a go. Unfortunately, the product wasn’t for me—it had a white tinge and emphasized every tiny hair on my face. After numerous emails and even sending them a video (which is apparently hidden in the return policy), they finally refunded me 80%, claiming they deducted a shipping fee. I didn’t pay for shipping, it was free shipping! So why am I being charged now? I couldn’t find this policy written anywhere, and if it is, it’s clearly hidden, which feels misleading in itself. Honestly, the whole thing feels shady and dishonest. If you’re going to advertise a 100% money-back guarantee, you need to honor it! I’m not here to badmouth the product, clearly there is a lot of people that love it. Its just a heads up - if you’re thinking of ordering, read the fine print, be prepared to fight for your refund and don’t expect them to honor their own promises.

I tried the foundation and it does not look good on me - it washes me out and doesn't match my skin tone. I requested assistance to return it and they want me to make a video of me using the makeup before I can get a refund. That is crazy. I also never used the primer because the foundation didn't work for me. They offered me a 25% refund which isn't acceptable. The 25% is still unacceptable - the terms and conditions as a moneyback guarantee do not mandate a video. It does discuss a video, but it is if possible - meaning a video is not mandated. I think it’s a scam and I don’t appreciate it.

3 1/2 weeks and still no product. Customer service (Mila) has been worthless because all she does is tell me to track my package - it has been in transit since August 15 when I ordered it. My tracking is about a page long but it doesn't look like it is going anywhere. Save your money!!
