If I could give them no stars I would!! 2 orders were made the same day. 1 showed up, the other still hasnt. After the first didn't work, the "money back guarantee". The lady told me to try it for a full day. So I did. Sent and email, for her to tell me they couldn't do a full return because it was open. She told me to wear it for the full day. They take as long as possible to email back so it is outside of that 30days for the refund. The second hasn't shown up and probably won't. And there is nothing they can "do" about it. Even though I paid extra if it was lost, it's clear it's lost or it would've shown up weeks ago like the other one. Customer service is the worst, the money back guarantee is a joke. Don't waste your money.

I was excited to try this foundation, I received it and it dries my face out. After going back and forth with customer service about a refund, they finally refunded me a partial amount which was $6 after claiming money back guarantee if not satisfied. When I contact them back they claimed they couldn’t accept used items! How else are you supposed to try out the product????

If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service. Their money back guarantee policy is a joke. If you try their foundation and do not like it they will not give you full refund because the produce is opened. How would you know if you like it without trying it? Then you have to take a video of yourself putting it on to even get a 40% refund. I have never heard of anything like this before. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Truly bad service and the product doesn't blend in. Not worth your money

Worst experience! I placed my order on 10/26/25.I waited over a month for my order before I was told they could not find my address. I live in Tampa, Fl. I then told the company to just cancel my order. This was on 11/21/25. I was told they cancelled my order but it would take some time for my credit card credit ???? Why never received anything! It is 12/21/25 Still NO CREDIT!

This color changing product is a scam, it does not work on my skin and their customer service is even worse. They wanted me to send a video in of me using the product! Like I am lying that it does not work! This is simply ridiculous. Then refuse to honor the money back guarantee because I used the product. Of course I used it, how else would I know it doesn't work? The only was to receive my refund is the pay $12 return fee plus shipping with a tracking number...the $$ to send is not worth my trouble.

I am writing about a terrible experience I had with VIMA. They are running a SCAM and their customer service is deliberately unhelpful and misleading. I have contacted my attorney for guidance in this matter, whom VIMA will be hearing from because they have not taken any steps to make this right. I am posting this review so that nobody else false victim to their scams. The first issue I had is the foundation that I ordered arrived 15 days later than expected. Second, once the foundation, I used it once and it gave me a severe allergic reaction such as puffing of my eyes and face so the foundation is useless to me. I then sent a return request to VIMA’s customer service which they responded to only after many requests. They said they would first give me 50% off of my order and I could keep the product which I declined, given that their product was causing me an allergic reaction so it’s of no use to me. I wrote a previous review on Trustpilot regarding this “50% refund” because they were unresponsive. I then asked them for a 100% refund and they were unresponsive. After seeing my negative review they then scrambled to respond to me and they then “offered” me a full refund but only on the condition that I took down my previous honest review. I held up my end of the bargain and I took down the previous review and now they have been totally unresponsive and not given me any refund. It is clear that their intentions are malicious and they are in the business of scamming their customers out of their money. They will do anything to avoid negative publicity, including promising customers a clear lie of a full refund. I write this review so that anyone can know that VIMA is running a scam, their refund policy is a sham, and that they should absolutely not buy from them!

The Vima Auto Color Foundation completely missed the mark on shade and performance. The “auto-adjusting” formula didn’t blend at all and left a noticeable line between my face and neck. I contacted customer service to ask for an exchange or refund, and their response was dismissive and unhelpful. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warn others — skip this one, it really sucks!
