Beware SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! Absolutely shocking service - Delivered the incorrect order, when I emailed them to advise of this, they requested a photo of what I had received, which I sent - they then emailed asking further details, continuing to do this - emails back and forth for a number of weeks, long enough to go over their 30 days policy so they have now advised they will not assist - Fraudulent procedure. Disgraceful.

I ordered one color changing foundation and accidentally accepted a second due to a confusing checkout process. Either way I was excited. I received it and it’s not white or gray, it’s tan. Pretty close to the color of my skin but not as advertised. I messaged and first was told “it’s ok it’s white it will change to my skin tone”, then when I corrected them I was told it “couldn’t be truly white! How would it change to match skin tone if it was truly white”. All this being said it’s light, it lasts, and it’s a close match but not what is advertised. The smell however. Such a strong sickening baby powder smell was surprising and a deterrent to use. Terrible company with a scam product and poor customer service.

Don't bother trying to get a refund. They not only sent me wrong product unused but have ghosted me once I declined their application instructions, I wanted the go on white and blends, but they sent me color. Customer service is a joke. A 50% refund was NEVER offered, I threw out your products since they are of no use to me. I was only told they were a bundle and not eligible for a refund. That was the last I heard from CS.

I find it very annoying and well, trickery, that a supposably Australian company, advertise the price as $45. But then you come to pay and it says $45 USD, meaning $75 Australian dollars. They will come back and say, well we put USD, but it is an obvious trick to try and get people to think it is $45. WHY is an Australian company advertising in USD. Just say the product is $75.

Terrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional Refund Process" If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. Their refund process is absolutely frustrating. They mention on their website that you need to send either a photo or video for a refund, so I submitted a photo. Now, they are asking for a video of how I’m applying the product! This back-and-forth is not only unnecessary but unprofessional. They need to seriously improve their customer service and refund process. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Héél negatieve ervaring. Niet tevreden van hun product, na eindeloos over en weer gemail ging ik dan uiteindelijk toch een refund krijgen, maar door hun extreem trage reactievermogen (ze schieten pas in actie als er een negatieve review wordt geplaatst), zit ik met aanmaningskosten, en ondertussen zelfs met een incassobureau waardoor ik bijna het dubbele heb moeten betalen van wat ik initieel verschuldigd was.

It's a scam , don't waste your money. They say 100% money back if you're not satisfied until you contact them then they make it too hard and say they want a video of you putting it on which was never in the T&C's when I bought it. They charge a fortune for it then when you google it you can buy it very cheap elsewhere. You get blocked from their facebook page if you say anything. Don't be scammed. Something really needs to be done. The good reviews must be paid reviews because it does not work.***** UPDATED TO THEIR PATHETIC REPLY Load of crap now they're saying I didn't comply to their conditions which I already stated before they want you to send a video of you applying it and that was not in there term and conditions it says full refund no questions asked they're just scammers. Also says it comes from Australia which is also a lie the tracking come from another country. Please don't get ripped off like I did . I've thrown the useless crap in the bin I know they will come up with a million of excuses not to refund I just don't want other people to be scammed.

Very unhappy! Received the product they call color changing, but it was a beige color in the bottle and out of the bottle. Plus, the foundation had already been used. Now, no one will respond and I want to return the product and get my money back since it seems like false advertising to me!
