Poor experience with both the doctor and office manager. I had two appointments with Dr. Syed Arshad within a 7-day period. When I requested my blood test results (which I had already paid for), both the doctor and the office manager refused to release them unless I scheduled and paid for another appointment just to get the results. The office manager was especially combative and unhelpful when I tried to obtain my own medical information. This practice of withholding patient records and test results unless you pay for another visit is unacceptable and feels like an illegal barrier to accessing your own health information. I would not recommend Village Medical @ The Vintage or Dr. Arshad. The lack of respect for patients and the unnecessary obstacles to getting basic test results was extremely frustrating.

Run for the hills when you are looking for a new PCP doctor and Village medical comes up in the search. This practice and specifically Dr Vinmalli constantly skips on the medications that we are supposed to get as maintenance meds. My husband was without insulin for 2 months, I was without my blood pressure meds and other prescriptions for months after my annual visit. Just awful, awful, awful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their practices are unethical. I have seen Sean McCarthy at the FM 78 location. I went to have paperwork completed for my employer. I paid $25 for the visit and $25 for the forms. I presented 2 forms but was told that the second form wasn’t necessary because the first form covered everything that applied to me. When my employer stated they were needed both forms I called the office. I was told by the receptionist, Sabrina Hess that Sean would complete the other form. After 4 days I called back and was told that I would need to schedule another appointment and pay another fee to complete the forms. This is extortion at its finest!! Find another clinic if you really want providers who are principled.

Scam artists. Paid them $125 in Oct. 2025. Saw scam artist Haley Page who charged me $125 for no help and a test that they deleted from their system. I know why it was deleted. There was a positive result. Is this medicine now?? Scandalous. Crooks. I want a refund. It was a horrible experience and my health has suffered greatly due to their incompetence. Filing complaint with BBB and seeking legal advice. DONT GO TO VILLAGE MEDICAL and DONT SEE HALEY PAGE. She's arrogant, snobbish and doesnt do anything to help. But she'll make sure you paid before you leave. Of course. I want a refund and more.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had for a very long time and I wish I could do a - star. Long wait to finally be seen, doctor seemed to be on "automatic" and did not listen to me at all, didn't ask pertinent questions, seemed uninterested, and seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next patient, did not prioritize my issues at all, instead, wanted me to go have a mammo and a colonoscopy immediately which wasn't even discussed at all, drive an hour one way to Houston for labwork which I am definitely not going to do, referred me to a doctor who was out of network for one issue, and another whose surgical place didn't accept my plan if I needed surgery, the Patient Care Summary was total garbage and had mistakes and untruths, including that I was administered a vaccine which I wasn't, but I called Humana about that and gave them a heads up. Just complete and utter garbage, waste of my time, and nothing was accomplished. Everything is equated to PAIN, and that word was never spoken by me. His referrals all referenced "pain" and there is no pain nor did I claim there was! I even had a discussion with Dr. Morrow about that prior. So here I am back to square one.

I have been having a sore throat, cough and high temperature for a few days and trying to schedule an appointment with my primary physician at Village Medical. After going through long list of questions, I was put on hold to connect to the “clinic”, which I thought I was calling the clinic. After about 30 minutes waiting for the call transfer, I was told to wait for the clinic to call me back. The next day after no calling back, I called the village medical again. It’s exactly the same procedure and no answer from the “clinic” when I was putting on hold for call transfer. I know I got strep throat from my kid. But they can’t give me prescription without seeing doctor. And they can’t schedule me for an appointment.

Horrible, ZERO Stars, lack of communication, zero timely follow-up, complete lack of confidence in their understanding of proper patient care. If I had a serious condition, I would be dead by now. Do not go here, your health will be put in danger.
