It's a scammer site! (viktorlaw.com) He was asking me to pay 500 euros without the possibility for a refund. Or i had to pay 10 000 and then get the refund - doesn't make any sense! If i magically pay more, then i get a refund, if i pay less - no refund. It's just ridiculously stupid. Then i've waited for about 2 months for him to start looking for certain companies i asked him to for my project. He ignored me all the time! And then he suddenly writes me that he can't provide the service i've asked for, even though he told me that it's his specialty. He said that now his company just focuses on something else. Yeah, yeah... And surprisingly, he refunded my sum of 500 euros, because he didn't even start to perform his service for me, so it was fair even for him. At first i thought "How on earth scammer like him would return me the money?!". And then i've realized that he's probably uses my money for whatever the hell he uses it, and then returns it, because my money has turned into a profit for him. For example, i gave him 500 euros (for him this is the money for investment in something) and he turned it into 5500 euros and gives me 500! And he also asked me for my identity card number and i gave it to him! I've reported him anywhere i could!
