This is a scam, you can't actually finish the setup if you don't give them credit card/stripe info even though website implies the opposite

Used the “book demo” button on the site . Asked for my information, I gave all my info and then it said my company is better fit for a free trial and not a demo… seriously? No thanks!

In fairness, Viktor started out as a cousin to Jace AI. Jace AI is a fantastic tool, so I took a chance on Viktor because I knew nothing about slack. Turns out it's real impact went WAY above slack for me. It built my entire 501 (c)(3) ecosystem on the web, and set up systems that made this one man show sustainable until I was able to find help. From a technological standpoint, Viktor was an enigma for me. I am a fifth grade teacher, not a programmer. Yet, I have an ecosystem now that (is FAR from perfect) but is professional, functionable and EXACTLY WHAT I WANT. This is the key for me. At this point, I feel like its an industry standard to jump out with the sale. I was on another site today, where I was given 11 free credits to work with, and was not allowed to do anything with them until I was a paying member. Viktor is FAR better than this, that I can say for sure. Viktor is growing. They've expanded to TEAMS, and just received a significant investment. Unfortunately with that, I will say that the personal touch is almost gone. When they were small, they were far more receptive and accessible. Now, some of it feels corporate and I hate that. Blaming it on growth isn't necessarily an excuse because Amazon's customer service is amazing, and they are one of the biggest companies on Earth. Some of the interactions with a few people on the support team have become tiring, and I am sure they feel the exavt same way about me. Use it for the free $100 - That's the equivalent to a pretty decent sized project. I think you will see the magic it can create pretty quickly.

What started as a negative review yesterday I am pleased to retract. Ran into a bump in losing a lot of credits fast. I would be mindful about checking how long your thread is that can cost a lot of credits as I believe each time he reads it all it burns. That aside Viktor is an incredible capable and well polished app. Efficient smart and does a great job. We are using him monthly and will continue. The staff will get back to you if you have issues and we’re very fair fixing ours.

In theory it’s amazing. In reality though there is almost no support - I’ve had a glitch in my second day and no one responds to help fix it so it’s just sitting there unable to be used. Will remove it. Shame as had high hopes

Viktor has become integral to my fledgling side gig and is quickly turning it into an actual business. The integrations, ease of setup and use, and the “wow” moments have made me a user for the foreseeable future. I went from an idea and passion to help small business owners to 2 paying clients in a space of a week - things that even with my other ai tools and my 20 years of experience would have taken a few weeks to sort out, literally took a few hours over a few days with Viktor. Try it - use the free credits - and experience what I think most drug addicts feel like when they realize they’re hooked!!

I have been an integrator for almost 15 years, one of the real strengths in Viktor is its ability to quickly integrate with many applications, to stand as a product that can act and pull that information together and work with my employee's and myself across the slack system. I would recommend the tool and treat it like a trusted employee that can connect and integrate across platforms.
