I bought a premium account ($34 USD) to play ranked and initially I wasn't able to change the email address due to the email being a Yahoo, and yahoo having issues, but I contacted support and within 15 minutes I had a working account with everything set up. The account information was sent within 2 minutes of completing the order.

Excellent site.
I was a bit scared using the site, since there were no reviews anywhere, but after I made the order a booster was found really fast, the boosters on the site are really friendly and there are no issues arranging times etc. with them. And the support is excellent, always awnser in a few minutes and fix any issues.
