Although the customer service is good the over abundance of emails I receive is ridiculous. Too many emails become like the lines on a highway. They are there but do you really notice or pay attention. Fewer emails with more to the point messages (most are very long and I really don't have time to read them) and a call to action would seem more appropriate. Just something to think about.
