ViewrailReviews of viewrail.com

Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions in an appropriate time frame. Positive experience, would recommend to others.

My railing project turned out great. It looks really good. The down side of the Viewrail experience was trying to buy only the crimping tool rather than the whole kit, (I already owned the rest of tools) and you wanted to charge me more for the crimping tool than you were charging for the whole kit, everything included. I guess that didn't set well with me.

Good products and good service. Engineering is not quite up to par.

easy to order, easy to install, great customer service

Assistance through design and stair choice and specification very good. Installers had high praise for the 'craftsmanship'. Great installation manuals, tools and phone help; even quick shipped some part the installer had screwed up!! Suggest you make some sort of end cap for cut end of the wood rails. That part looks relatively unfinished. Also suggest you devise a corner post - where stairs meet a catwalk for example. Two balusters less than 4" apart (code) don't look good. Maybe an L shaped post to accommodate the cable clamps from two angles and another L shaped post to complete the 'square' post and hide the cable clamps.

Excellent product and customer service. But Very expensive

This is an excellent product and was pretty simple to install. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the handrails required with their system are not common and I wasn’t aware of that. The sales staff should warn customers that common railings from local box stores will not fit on their brackets.

Great product and a repeat customer....
