The product itself looks phenomenal and a basic install of the cable rail system is very manageable. What was less then ideal though was when it came time to integrate the gate, a gate which happens to be a third of the cost of the net order. At this cost, I would expect the installation process to be much more manageable then it was. Holes for attaching the hinges were not pre-drilled for either the gate or the post. This involved drilling 16 holes through heavy gauged stainless steel in the field which was a time consuming process. Furthermore, manufacturer preferred fasteners were not provided for attaching the hinges to either the gate or post, which lead to further delays. Once the gate was mounted we came to find out that there was play in the hinges. This play in the hinges resulted in the latch end dropping a quarter of an inch, which means that the edge of the gate strikes the latch side post to the point that the gate does not fully close. For the cost of adding this feature, the installation process and continued issues are a disappointment.

Felt like I was small potato's. My project was a single stair rail and I wanted the best quality so I used you. No call backs on my questions or it took several calls for a response. I paid $1800. for a 9 foot rail. Paying two hundred bucks a foot uninstalled I think I would warrant a little bit of customer service. I'm a contractor and this rail was for MY house so I wanted quality and check you guys out at the same time, and I must say, the materials are excellent. I just finished a large deck for a customer that required a 92' rail. This is a multi million house with a view of the Napa valley to die for. I used a view rail but not from View Rail.

The equipment was great but poor customer service experience and response. I often had to reach out to multiple people several times to get responses. Some questions have still be left unanswered.
