GREAT COMPANY NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

Viewrail made it possible to get my dream project completed by helping me install this beautiful product giving a new life to my old house. They provided great customer service. I was really concerned about measurements because all the measurements had to be done DIY. I really want to thank Andrew Gingerich for going over all steps while I was taking the measurements on google meet. At the end, we nailed all the measurements. During shipment, one of the post got scratched and viewrail replaced the post promptly. Also there was some small parts missing and viewrail shipped them in a timely manner to get the project completed. During the process, I had some constructive feedback and they were very receptive to my feedback. In addition to Andrew, I had a positive experience with my interaction with all other personnel. everything was laid out accurately and was easy to install. was missing a few small fittings but the replacements were shipped quickly so i could finish things up in a timely manner. very satisfied with the end result.

Viewrail helped us design a beautiful railing, even meeting with our contractor at a trade show where they both happened to be in town. The pieces of glass all came in as scheduled, without damage. The price was great compared to competitors and everyone from customer service all the way through the owner of the company were available when needed. Highly recommend.

We have worked with Scott on 3 occasions and he has been great to work with. He has a good understanding of the products he sells, easy to talk to and listens to what you are trying to accomplish. He has been very good with follow through and following up as needed. The shipping department (outside of Scott's area) has made a few errors and sent the wrong product or parts but Scott was quick to jump in and make sure any issues were resolved. I would highly recommend working with him on a project and we will do so again if we need anything else they provide.
