I discovered Viesso through a friend that highly recommended I go online and view their various selections of sectionals because we were in the market. I was very impressed with how easy it was to navigate through their website and we fell in love with not only the sectional we decided on, but a few more various pieces that we could not resist. We will definitely be ordering more in the future because their craftsmanship, attention to detail and overall quality of work made it evident that they take pride in their design and manufacturing process. When I called in with a question regarding my order, I was also impressed with their customer service which I considered to be very courteous and professional. You better believe that when anyone I know brings up home decor, the first thing I will mention is Viesso. Then again, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them already know about Viesso and were just trying to keep it to themselves, cause I must admit, it did cross my mind.

Travis has been helpful since day one. I had just purchased my first home and was new to purchasing furniture at that scale. I remember reaching out to the chatbot on a Friday evening and Travis not only answered, but took the time to guide me through the different lines/brands of furniture he offered. He wasn't pushy and took time to answer a lot of my newbie homebuyer questions. I really appreciated that. I ended up purchasing a media console and couch. Fast forward to a year later and I had accidentally pulled off a latch. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to get an answer since it's been a year, but Travis immediately responded, contacted the manufacturer and I received a replacement latch within a week. That's insane customer service. I highly recommend buying from Travis; you truly feel like you matter as a customer.

We recently purchased 6 pieces of Currant bedroom furniture. We are waiting on our Cal King bed that is in production as I type. Travis has been outstanding on following up and getting us our 2 night tables, side table, dresser and chest of drawers shipped and delivered to us in a very timely manner! Saw a rug in a villa we rented in St. Maarten and fell in love so I had to find it! After doing a internet search I was pleasantly surprised to find Viesso who sold this wonderful rug I had to have. From start to finish it was a great experience and I now enjoy my rug in my own home! :) Thank you!

I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! We will be ordering several more once we are ready to move in. I cannot tell you how helpful and easy he was to deal with. Viesso prices are better than your competitors and free shipping was a big Plus as well. Thank you so much!
