I spoke with Tamatha Watson on my 1st review meeting. She was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She is a true professional. I have been in customer service for more than 55 years of my life and I know when a person is being genuine and when they are just walking thru the steps to be done and next. She was kind, listened, and made me feel heard. Thank you, Tamatha.

1) miscommunicated with me on policy for trying a mask. Said I could return it if I didn’t like. 110% not true, I had to wait till my next order time to get a new mask. 2) failed to send in my compliance report 3 months in a row. I had to call to straighten it out…very time consuming. 3) somehow ended up with wrong doc on file (someone id never even heard of) and faxed them to get an updated rx. Never called me. I had to call to find out where my supplies were. Very time consuming. I got my doc to fax the rx, but it’s taken me 2 calls to VieMed and they still haven’t mailed out supplies. I was told someone would call me back today but they haven’t so that’s another call I have to make. I’m really looking forward to changing companies after my next doc appt. One star to these guys from my experience, they don’t want my business. My old company was so efficient. I started using VieMed when I moved because it was doctor recommended. I have an appointment with him next week and am really looking forward to working with someone else, I hope they see this…I sure don’t feel taken care of, and it’s so much work!

They will charge you completely unauthorized charges, without even as much as a notification. Criminal company.

Therapist Jessie Hudson was top notch! She was able to get my cpap working properly. She answered all my questions without delay. She knows her product

I am a new CPAP customer and have nothing but great things to say about the assistance and support I received from the Lafayette, Louisiana office. Billy and Ahna were very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. I am totally pleased with their knowledge base and the compassionate assistant I received on both visits. I highly recommend them and am very comfortable with using my machine at this time. No appointment was necessary; the assistance was prompt, courteous and very helpful.

The website for resupply is nearly unusable. There is no way to edit the products used. Questions on this to the company go unanswered. The selections for resupply products don't have anything to indicate what they actually are - pictures of the products would be helpful. I've resorted to ordering from a different company just to get the mask and cushions I need. A good website designer is needed here.

Their communications are awful. 2 weeks from the time my sleep study was concluded and all authorizations were approved, I had to call them because they never reached out to me. Once I did call them, they made me call my insurer and then a different sleep therapy company to find out that the approvals had been granted and there was no reason for me to have called them. Took 5 days to contact everyone and then took VieMed another 3 days to call me back. They then tried to get me to jump through the same hoops again. I refused and they finally agreed to send me the CPAP and supplies. When it arrived it was not the machine my Doctor had ordered but was something which would work in a pinch, however they sent completely the wrong CPAP mask. Different to what was ordered and different to what they told me they were sending. Their so-called specialists are clueless. I know more about the machinery they are providing than they do. They are slow, careless and uncaring. If you ever have a choice, work with anyone except these incompetents.
