Don't use this. I am trying to send my RVN coin, but it's not happening. I tried many, many times, also not any support available.

Last month, I was trying to swap RVN to KAS. But this app made my life terrible. So, I stopped using this wallet.

For a week, the application has been bugging, and it's impossible to make withdrawals.

Changed token and get 0 concern about users. Only crappy excuses. If there was a deadline they should be sending reminding emails for the registered users, but of course is easy to blame users. 0 recommendations.

We are sorry to here about your experience. The team at Vidulum took every possible measure it had available to notify application users including in the application itself, through social media campaigns, a notification email, and working with friendly communities where users are shared.

Its a con, first account lost 10k BTCZ now I am on my 3rd account and put some eth in. Well its just sitting there not earning Vid which is the whole point of the site..... So I try to use their built in system and it just burns the gas fee and doesnt convert to another crypto so now I have to pay gas to get everything out of account number 3 because 1 and 2 are locked and no chance of getting pass...

We are sorry to hear that you have lost access to your wallets. Vidulum App is a self-custody (non-custodial) crypto web wallet. That means Vidulum does not store user credentials or private keys and by design cannot recover any wallets on the platform. Users are advised about this throughout the process of creating a wallet on the platform, including on the wallet creation page and in the terms of service that requires acknowledgement to create the wallet. Regarding the V-Staking system - this service is offered as is to specific supported blockchain projects. The list of v-staking supported assets is noted in the rewards page of the application. Ethereum unfortunately is not, and has never been a v-staking supported asset. We will review the application given your feedback and find more ways, if any, to make it more clear what blockchains are V-Staking enabled.
