VidleadReviews of vidlead.com

Top notch CRM for any videographer whether your a team or solo. Has everything you could possibly ask for. They do very well in automations along with pre templated emails, funnels, and contract's. Was able to close my first 3k retainer client with the use of what they have built out already. Their customer service is also impeccable. 10/10 recommend you won’t regret it.

I started a week ago. One week ago. I went all in! I am super happy with switching all of my marketing, CRM, and everything else over the VIDLEAD. As I began working on learning everything, filling in all of the key things, and working through the VIDLEAD process, I realized, I still had to do the work. BUT, the framework is there! You do not have to struggle, fail, measure, question, do it again, and again, again, just follow the process and go through their 14-day training. It will all click. I am still getting everything setup! I will have it all setup within the next two weeks! I am excited about scaling my video marketing company and working smarter not harder. Sign up for a demo!

As someone who went from strictly word of mouth clients to marketing and growing my business, VidLead has been crucial in not only helping me keep track of clients, but also getting everything i need to land, automate, and collect payment from clients in one place. truly a game changer.

VidLead is incredible! I’ve been searching for a platform like this for a long time. I used to have four different subscriptions to accomplish what I can now do with VidLead—and for a lower cost. But the real standout is the customer service. They’re extremely helpful, always available, and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need.

I have been using Vidlead software for a few months now, I have to say it has pretty much everything we need to build a business. Because it has everything, it will seem a bit difficult to navigate at the beginning but you can always schedule appointment with customer support to figure it out! Recommended!

This CRM is something that all videographers and video producers have been waiting for. I enjoy it because it has all of the packages you need to simplify your business. From posting content to sending proposals, its helps keeping everything in house so you need to pay only one price and not thousands. As someone who uses bloom crm as well, I would say the only things bloom has over vidlead is looks and style of the lead gen and subscribe forms. But that's it. I would say it is worth the price. Below is a list of pros and cons. Pros: Easy to understand Creating triggers for emails and leads is simple after learning Having an easier payment links and invoices helps out. Text messaging to clients and social media Can pay for vidlead monthly or yearly Customer service is very helpful and the creators go live to answer almost every question Cons: Not very beautiful to look at (compared to bloom.io) Proposal set up doesn't have the much creative freedom(compared to adding videos & and item pricing like pandadoc or better proposals) Some of the tutorials were hard to find, but some more are needed on the more contextual questions ex: "can I create different ways to set up my lead sign up forms"

Vidlead has actually changed the game for my business. I’ve collected more money since having this than I ever did without, or with any other CRM. So many USEFUL features and the team is blazing fast to help with anything and everything. Grateful for this software and what it’s done for my business, and my family!

Vidlead not only has helped me organize my business, but their support is incredible and there are group calls that are packed with value from guest speakers. I’ve never had a CRM system like this. I hesitate to call it a CRM bc it’s way more than that.
