Superfast delivery!! Outstanding product

I'm surprised to receive a request for a review when I've sent two requests to receive a RMA for a defective VHS-C cassette adapter and as yet gotten a reply from customer service (?) or anyone. Is there something wrong with the internet transmission? All I'm getting is a confirmation of return notice, however, the "check return status" box is totally inactive! Tsk! Tsk!

Great product and prompt service. Only negative, in your review (this form) NO way to block cookies from being added to my device. Otherwise I would use service again.

Bag was in perfect condition. Shipping was lightning fast. Open box special was an incredible deal. Great experience and will definitely order from Video Camera Center again.

The product showed up brand new and it works great. So nice to be able to watch our home movies again since our previous adaptor had worn out. We were told one week for delivery and it showed up via USPS three days sooner.

Delivered when promised and exactly as described.

They had stock of a pretty difficult to find bag (Shimoda Roller v2), had a great price and shipped quickly. Would shop from them again!

Very helpful and good shipping protection. I had a change of heart on my camera bag color and they were so accommodating and fast to ship from FL to OR. Thank you!!
