We are a company based in The Netherlands and the location was not at all a problem for working together online in a great way. VideoAnimation say they will go on until you are happy with the result and they do. Not that it took us that long, because they communicate very clear what they do, they offered us many styles/options etc to choose from. Given the budget it is amazing what they do. The start was also next level customer experience: I sent an e-mail, started a chat. The person in the chat could see my e-mail in seconds, helped me on line with the ordering process and in about a minute everything had been taking care of. So: great people, great work, great automation. Happy customer!

I was very skeptical at first, how could anyone make a video without really understanding our business and services. However, i need not worry as the team, lead by Cheryl Youhanna did an amazing job. we are so happy with the outcome. We had a few reruns but there was never an issue! I highly recommend this company for anyone who is thinking about having an 'explainer' video to advertise their business to clients via Social Media or on their website.
