Victory Tax SolutionsReviews of victorytaxsolutions.com

For years of owing back taxes and not being able to take care of the matter, I felt as if I was in a dark tunnel and there was no way out. Then I found Victory Tax Solutions and they solved my tax problem and pulled me forward to that light. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a tax problem. They are very professional in what they do and if you have to call back later, they remember you and this alone made me feel someone was on my side.

My husband owe the IRS over 750,000 and Thanks to Erik and Heather at Victory taxes we are going to be debt free as of August 2014! Thank you for all the hand holding for the last year you feel like part of the family! Thank you Pete and Tammy

victory tax did everything they said they could do to help me trough my tax issues. I would highly recommend their devices to everyone.

I recommend this company to anyone, and I will be returning to have my taxes done by this company every year from now on. Victory Tax Solutions provided me with amazing (EMPHASIS AMAZING) service. When I called Victory, half of my paychecks were being garnished by the State of California, and the IRS was coming for me soon after for 3 years of back taxes. Victory truly found me a solution with payments plans that were more than accomodating to me, especially since I had a new baby on the way and money was super tight. Victory Tax Solutions had the garnishments on my paychecks released within a week or two of submitting my first payment begining my case. Also, they worked mostly with my fiance, which was much appreciated since my work schedule is so hectic. Victory was always sure to update her regularly with the status of things, and would even call every few weeks just to ask how we were doing. In the end, they deal that Victory worked out for me with the State of California and the IRS totally fit my budget and I now have a renewed sense of comfort in knowing that I will have all of my back taxes repaid in a few years and my family won't suffer from it; and I never had to call the collectors and sit on hold not once. Thank you Steve, Starla and Heather at Victory Tax Solutions for all of your help!!

I WANT TO THANK VICTORY TAX FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME. THEY MADE MY LIFE BETTER BY DEALING WITH THE IRS. I WOULD RECOMMAND THEM TO ANY ONE. EVERY PERSON I TALKED TO WAS VERY NICE AND THEY CARED ABOUT ME WHICH NO OTHER TAX BUSINESS WOULD. THAT WHY I DECIDED TO GO WITH VICTOEY TAX. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I contacted Victory Tax Solutions to help me with a tax levy-it was an emergency They had the levy removed in a day and I was able to receive my pay. They also worked hard to negotiate a tax settlement with the I.R.S. which saved me almost $70,000.

In 2005 through 2009 I was employed with a company based out of Virginia. In 2007 the company had fallen behind on their federal employment taxes exceeding $1M. In 2008-2009 I had a surgery that went awry and spent 43 days in ICU and had 18 follow-up surgeries. During this time the company had pointed the finger towards me and the IRS held me as a liable party for over $500,000 in back taxes for the company debt. I never had an opportunity to even appeal the case due to my health. I had obtained legal counsel to appeal this case in 2010 and was told there was nothing that could be done. After spending $4,000 in legal fees, I still remained a liable party. We were at a dead end and did not know what we were going to do. My wife and I came home one evening only to find a packet from the IRS threatening to garnish our wages for a debt that was not even ours. I immediately submitted an on-line request to Victory Tax Solutions. I thought due to the late hour I would not receive a call until the next day. To my surprise, I received a call from Erik Finkiewicz immediately. Within a couple days Victory started working on our case and I started working with one of Victory’s attorney’s, Heather Gosnick. Heather started working with the IRS case worker immediately and started the appeal process. From the time I initially contacted Victory both Heather and Erik were there each step of the way, regardless of the hour or day. After a few short months, it was determined that I was NOT a liable party . It was such a blessing to my wife and me to know that we would no longer have to worry about paying $500,000 and we could finally move on with our life. We could not have done this without Victory, Heather or Erik. They by far are the most impressive group of professionals we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They saved us from declaring bankruptcy and allowed us to have our life back. We will always be grateful for what they have done for us. We thank the Victory team and thank God for leading us to you!
