I placed the seeds through a container…
I placed the seeds through a container trying 4 different times to get them to grow and not one sprouted. I told my wife who wrote to the company and didn’t know how I planted them so when asked she said 1/4” of dirt was put on top, this was wrong and the person she was replying to was EXTREMELY rude to her! He wrote rudely and kept responding even more rudely! This company is NOT professional at all!!! She finally told him not to write back, he, the customer service representative that Victory seeds pays to treat people like I would not treat a dog is EXTREMELY RUDE and should not work there! Go with a different company this one hires people that try to make you feel terrible enough that you won’t even give them your address!!!

This is a duplicate review. Here's the information: Nadine ordered Tobacco seeds from us back in June. She reached out in September and said that she tried 4 different methods, without success. We asked her what methods those were in an attempt to figure out what went wrong. She said that the seeds were buried 1/4" deep. Tobacco seeds are small, and they need light to germinate. If they are buried, they won't germinate. This was explained to her, and a link was given to our detailed growing guide which has helped tens of thousands of customers grow tobacco successfully. Additionally, we offered to send her a replacement packet free of charge so she could try again - even though it was her fault that they didn't grow. We asked that she verify her address, but she retorted that we already had her address. It was explained that since the order was several months old we needed it verified since we don't know if she moved. Her response was "I am not sure who put you in charge of customer relations but they should be fired! Belittle your mother because she’s the one who bred someone so ignorant. Don’t message me again" We shipped a new package to her, which we hope will arrive, but we never got confirmation of her address, so ultimately we won't know. Our customers are always our priority, but when a customer refuses to accept help, there's nothing we can do about it. We did everything right, we worked with her to figure out what went wrong, then genourously offered her a replacement when it was determined that she sowed the seeds incorrectly, but she wouldn't accept the help.
