Product nothing like advertising Terrible customer service. You will just keep going around in circles. Very unhappy. Don’t buy from them.

I got this cord for my phone and I got it because I saw a friend with it and he said it worked great so I got the same cord and when I received it, I plugged it in and the LED light went on so I was like great it works, so I threw away the packaging but when I went to go charge my phone, it wouldn’t charge s I told them about it and now they won’t do anything because I don’t have the packaging anymore, so I sent a video of it not working and they still won’t do anything, scam dont use this compa
