Video Caption CorporationReviews of vicaps.com

Great fast service

great find, easy interaction. v timely

Tiffany was delightful to work with and very helpful guiding me through the process, as this was the first time I've handled ADA compliance. We will certainly return to Video Caption Corporation for all of our video compliance needs.

I was pleased with their work and with their responsiveness to any concerns we had and any confusion due to my not understanding some of the process.

Vicaps was very professional, friendly and provided great info to help me make the right decisions with the order. Would definitely work with them again!

Great customer service and very nice to deal with

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of similar services. From beginning to end the customer service and attention to detail was flawless. Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly staff that worked with me every step of the way. Good price, good service, good people. Was able to accomplish the entire project without leaving my desk. Very convenient options. Every thing was done via email and Dropbox. No fuss. Overall great experience.

Tiffany and Nancy were amazing! I sent them a project at the last minute - as a brand new client - and they bent over backwards to make it happen at rapid time! We initially used another supplier for international translations. They returned us video subtitles in 8 different languages. Every one of our 8 country leaders sent back feedback that the accuracy was a mess. When I sent the new videos from your team, I received nothing but exceptional feedback! Thank you!
