My dad just developed neuropathy and is very happy that we found these for his shoes.

I received my Vibrathotics inserts a week ago and have been using them every day for 4 hrs +/-. I bought them on the advice of my neurologist to try to stimulate the nerves in my feet, which suffer from peripheral neuropathy. At the highest vibration levels I do feel tingling in my feet and lower legs, so this is promising. It's too early to determine if these will help long term, but I will post a review in a few months with my results. The shipping took a while after my order, but I am happy with the insoles so far. I have a number of friends who are interested in these as they also have this problem. At high vibration the noise can be bothersome inside the house, so I use the high level outside (my wife says i can no longer sneak up on her, ha, ha).

Does not work at all after charging adequately. Will not be happy about returning if they will not accept to cover shipping charges to return. Their policy indicates they will not. I will post a further review once I speak to them to return and see if they deliver adequate customer service in cases like this.

Working okay with my nerves

Excellent service. Excellent product. Help my husbands feet. Lost remote, called for replacement. Customer service was excellent Replacement came immediately.

Received and used twice. Vibration stopped working periodically and sometimes restarted in either insert . Third day right insert stopped working within minutes of starting and unable to get working again. Unfortunately my right foot problem was the reason I ordered Vibrathotics in the first place. But the only one working is the left. Great idea, but product needs work. Also, a lot to pay for product that is not perfected.
